Cholesterol-lowering drugs are a multi-billion dollar industry. Follow the money to find the lies. In the 1950s, the sugar industry, in an effort to sell more sugar, sought out scientists who would push the bogus theory that saturated fats were the cause of heart disease. Enter Ancel Keys! Keys produced the famous Seven Countries Study that supposedly proved that saturated fats were indeed causing heart attacks. The study was extremely flawed, but that didn’t stop the elites from pushing the theory. Americans have piously followed Keys’ advice to their peril. Chronic disease has skyrocketed around the world as refined carbohydrates, and cancer-causing polyunsaturated fats have replaced saturated fats.
Cholesterol, a waxy, fat-like substance, is present in every cell of our body. It plays a vital role as a structural component of cell membranes and serves as a precursor for synthesizing several hormones, including steroids. It is also necessary for the synthesis of Vitamin D in our bodies.
Cholesterol is a significant constituent of the human brain, which is the most cholesterol-rich organ in our bodies. As much as 25% of the body’s cholesterol resides in the brain, which contains numerous lipoprotein receptors. Cholesterol is tightly regulated between the primary brain cells and is essential for normal brain development.
The Push by Globalists to End Meat Consumption
Why are certain entities trying to demonize meat consumption? They claim it's for the planet’s sake, asserting that 51% of greenhouse gases come from livestock. This is a blatant falsehood! They even go as far as to say that livestock produce more greenhouse gases than transportation.
I would argue that this push to eat more carbs and insects is an effort to sicken the population. They want us sick and dumb. They’re doing a great job as reading and math proficiency continues to fall off a cliff. Consider the fact that 93% of Americans are metabolically unfit. 66% of adults are diabetic or pre-diabetic. 33% of children and young adults are diabetic or pre-diabetic. 50% of children are obese or overweight. This is not by accident. Nobody wants to be sick. The lies and propaganda have destroyed our health, resulting in a national security issue. Chronic illness is the most significant driver of corporate profits in the history of the world. (Eat a big pastured/grass-fed t-bone steak and slather it in grass-fed butter. Follow that with a chocolate avocado shake using a bit of stevia as a sweetener.)
Cholesterol Drugs Are a Major Money Maker
Lipitor is by far the most profitable drug in humanity’s history among all pharmaceutical products, let alone being the most profitable cholesterol drug before its patent expired at the end of 2011. To date, sales from this particular cholesterol-lowering statin drug have exceeded $160 billion. After I had a heart attack (which was the result of a domino effect from a D-tap jab), I changed my diet, lowered my bad cholesterol, and raised my good cholesterol. Even though my numbers were perfect, two MDs continued to push me to take a statin. When I told them I didn’t want to due to the side effects, they offered a brand new ‘biologic’ medication for reducing cholesterol. I’ve never been back to the doctor. I’m done with the conventional system. I’ve been told that doctors get massive kickbacks if they can get a large percentage of their patients on these medications. Stop going to the drug-dealing doctors!
Scientific research shows some significant evidence that low carb is actually better than low fat in reducing markers and risk factors for heart disease, including in regards to the lipid profile. Hence the push for more carbs in our diets. “Eat your grains,” they say. Below is the global elite food pyramid for us. Meat for them, but not for us, as they fly their fancy private jets all over the world, dining on prime beef.
A 2010 study from the Journal of Epidemiology titled, Low Cholesterol is Associated With Mortality From Stroke, Heart Disease, and Cancer: The Jichi Medical School Cohort Study concludes, “Low cholesterol was related to high mortality even after excluding deaths due to liver disease from the analysis. High cholesterol was not a risk factor for mortality.” You can read the study by clicking here.
Another 2005 study concluded, “Lower naturally occurring TC (total cholesterol) levels are associated with poorer performance on cognitive measures, which place high demands on abstract reasoning, attention/concentration, word fluency, and executive functioning.” You can see the study for yourself by clicking here.
Another study from 2021 tells us that if you want to be happy, eat meat! It said, “The analysis of 19 studies of depression showed a small but significant effect where meat abstainers had higher levels of depression than meat consumers.” View this study by clicking here.
Another study showed that high cholesterol actually protects against atherosclerosis! It found that “The most likely explanation for these findings is that rather than promoting atherosclerosis, high cholesterol may be protective, possibly through its beneficial influence on the immune system.”
A study published in The Lancet concluded, “During 10 years of follow-up from Dec 1, 1986, to Oct 1, 1996, a total of 642 participants died. Each 1 mmol/L increase in total cholesterol corresponded to a 15% decrease in mortality.”

The Proper Cholesterol Test You Should Get
The typical cholesterol test that most doctors will order is wholly inadequate. It will show your total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides. It won’t tell you the size of the LDL particles, which is of the utmost importance when evaluating your risk of heart disease. The test you want is called the NMR Lipoprofile test. You can get this test done without a doctor’s order at requestatest.com. Click the previous link to be directed to the page to order that test. LDL is protective when the molecules are fluffy. Imagine the lining of your blood vessels as a tennis net. Big fluffy LDL molecules can’t get in and remain in circulation and can play a protective role in your immune system. If the molecules are small and dense, they become a problem. The test mentioned above will tell you the size of the LDL molecules, and you can adjust your diet and supplement regime accordingly.
The Bottom Line
You need to do your research and give up any trust in the conventional medical system. That system, along with medical schools, has been captured by big pharma. I limit my carb intake to under 100 grams per day, and I try to get them in the form of fruit. Of course, I cheat from time to time. I try to eat grass-fed, pastured beef. I passionately avoid all seed oils as I believe they’re one of the top contributors to chronic illness.
You might want to look into nattokinase for its vascular protecting and lipid-lowering mechanisms. Start here to find out more about nattokinase. I sure as hell will not take a statin for a number of reasons. This study shows that statins can increase insulin resistance and that is VERY BAD! I also take turmeric or curcumin, which has been shown to lower lipid levels or bad cholesterol. Check out this study which concludes, “Turmeric and curcumin may protect patients at risk of CVD (cardiovascular disease) through improving serum lipid levels. Curcumin may be used as a well-tolerated dietary adjunct to conventional drugs. Further research is required to resolve uncertainties related to dosage form, dose, and medication frequency of curcumin.” The herb bergamot has also been shown to reduce LDL and triglyceride levels.
